The first satellite campus for North Richland Hills Baptist Church, the site is located with frontage along a major freeway in a growing suburban community. Envisioned as a “third-place” environment providing a 7 day a week campus. Phase 1 will include a 300-seat worship/multi-purpose room and a children’s ministry area with six classrooms and an indoor play area. A community lobby will include an information center, an encourager’s room, two administrative offices and support spaces with adjacency to a landscaped community activity lawn. The site will also include surface parking and a playground. The masterplan plans for future phases including a 1,200 seat worship room, Adult and Youth Education Buildings, Gymnasium, Outdoor multi-purpose lawn and site pad areas for complimentary commercial development such as office and retail.
